Welcome to the Web site for Nutrition 111 AV! I am your instructor, Dr. Roger McDonald. This web site will be used to post downloads, handouts, and announcements relevant to this course. Note that Nutrition 111AV is a self-contained computer based teaching (CBT) course. That is, there are no in-class lectures. All material is contained on modules that you will download to the hard drive of your computer. These modules are self-contained executable files compatible with PC Computers only. If you do not own a PC computer, please note that there are many open computer labs on campus with computers capable of running the modules. A tutorial is also provided with the course that includes system requirements.

Please make sure to read the latest announcements sent to enrolled students via the course mailing list. Important information about class meetings and exams has recently been sent to this list. The syllabus and tutorial have also recently been put online and soon downloads of the modules will be available. Students are strongly encouraged to submit comments and suggestions to improve course material.
